Kristin is back in the middle of the season with a personal challenge that she is inviting you to join... The Perfect 100 Days #Perfect100Days
What if for 100 days, you committed to showing up as the single best version of yourself in every moment?
What time would you wake up and what would your morning routine look like?
How would you fuel your body and feed your mind?
What bad habits would you quit and which new habits would you replace them with?
Who would you try to connect more with…and equally important—- who would you disconnect from?
How would you be more creative? More spiritual?
What adventures would you go on?
What have you been putting off that if you committed to for just 100 days might actually get done?!
Here is the challenge:
Each day, commit to showing up as the best version of yourself in all settings. This means...
Take 10 minutes each morning and 10 minutes each evening to connect with yourself and plan your days.
Do ONE thing every day that you have been putting off.
Connect with one person intentionally.
Add 20 extra minutes of movement to your day. T
Finally, Make an effort to look good. When we look good, we feel good and when we feel good, we live better.
That’s it: 5 things for 100 days. Tune in and join along.
